The Tribal Division was created within the Office of the State Gaming Representative through the approval of the FY 2007 Budget, which added two full time employees to give the State Gaming Representative assistance to perform the tasks required to monitor compliance with the 2001 and 2007 Amended Tribal-State Class III Gaming Compacts.
