Working Session

Minutes

The Board of Directors of the New Mexico Gaming Control Board (NMGCB) held its weekly Working Session commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 28, 2008, at Board Headquarters, 4900 Alameda Blvd. NE.  Due notice was given in accordance with the Gaming Control Act and the New Mexico Gaming Control Board Open Meetings Resolution.  Board members present were:  David Norvell and Don Dutton.  Also present were:  John Monforte, Executive Director, Greg Saunders, Deputy Executive Director and Frank Baca, General Counsel. 

During the open session the Board discussed but took no action on the following:

1.  Gaming Control Act proposed changes

2.  Non-Licensee Gambling

3.  Change of ownership policy

4.  FOS/Work Permit policy

5.  P.I.O. Discussion

Working Session adjourned on Monday, April, 28, 2008 at 12:00 p.m.
