Minutes

The Board of Directors of the New Mexico Gaming Control Board (NMGCB) held its weekly Working Session commencing at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 2, 2008 at Board Headquarters located at 4900 Alameda Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico. Due Notice was given in accordance with the Gaming Control Act and the New Mexico Gaming Control Board Open Meetings Resolution.  Board members present were:  David Norvell, Don Dutton and Demesia Padilla.   Also present were:  John Monforte, Executive Director, Greg Saunders, Deputy Executive Director and Frank Baca, General Counsel.

The Board discussed during the open session, but took no action on the following:

1.  Policy for assessing a change in ownership of racetrack gaming operators

2.  Board Retreat
