Minutes

The Board of Directors of the New Mexico Gaming Control Board (NMGCB) held its weekly working session commencing at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 26, 2008, at Board Headquarters, 4900 Alameda Blvd. NE. Due notice was given in accordance with the Gaming control Act and the New Mexico Gaming Control Board Open Meeting Resolution.  Board members present were:  David Norvell, Don Dutton and Demesia Padilla.  Also present were:  John Monforte, Executive Director, Greg Saunders, Deputy Executive Director and Frank Baca, General Counsel.

During the open session the Board discussed but took no action on the following:

1.  Storage of gaming machines policy/ storage by distributors

2.  Gaming device slot technician policy/out of State licensees

3.  Corporate FOS/registration

4.  Internal policy for responding to public questions

5. Work Permit Renewals

6.  New entity licensing fees
