MINUTES

The Board of Directors of the New Mexico Gaming Control Board (NMGCB) held its weekly Working Session commencing at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 8, 2008 at the State Capitol in Santa Fe. Due Notice was given in accordance with the Gaming Control Act and the New Mexico Gaming Control Board Open Meetings Resolution. Board members present were: David Norvell, Don Dutton, Demesia Padilla and Arnold Rael. Also present were: John Monforte, Executive Director, Greg Saunders, Deputy Executive Director and Frank Baca, General Counsel.

The Board attended the House Appropriations & Finance Committee Meeting.
