Working Session Minutes

The Board of Directors of the New Mexico Gaming Control Board (NMGCB) conducted its weekly Working Session at the NMGCB’s second floor conference room in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  Chairman David Norvell called the working session to order at 10:00 a.m., on Wednesday, July 18, 2007.  Due notice was given in accordance with the Gaming Control Act and the New Mexico Gaming Control Board Open Meetings Resolution.    Board members present were:   Chairman Norvell and D. Dutton (telephonically).  Other staff members present were:

· F. Baca, General Counsel

· G. Saunders, Deputy Executive Director

· V. Duran, Commander of Enforcement

· A. Lucero, Staff Counsel

· M. Ea, Tribal Auditor

· L. Chavez, Public Relations Coordinator

· Kelly Grosso, Law Intern

The Board discussed but took no action on:

1. Presentation of Statistics
