Working Session Minutes

The Board of Directors of the New Mexico Gaming Control Board (NMGCB) conducted its weekly Working Session commencing at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 9, 2007, at Board Headquarters, 4900 Alameda Blvd. N.E., Albuquerque, New Mexico.  Due Notice was given in accordance with the Gaming Control Act and the New Mexico Gaming Control Board Open Meetings Resolution.  Board members present were:  David Norvell, Don Dutton and Arnold Rael.  Also present were:  John Monforte, Executive Director, and Frank Baca, General Counsel.

The Board attended the New Mexico Racing Commission meeting presentation by Zia Park, L.L.C.
