MINUTES

The Board of Directors of the New Mexico Gaming Control Board (NMGCB) conducted its weekly Working Session commencing at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 18, 2007, at Board Headquarters, 4900 Alameda Blvd. NE. Albuquerque, New Mexico.  Due Notice was given in accordance with the Gaming Control Act and the New Mexico Gaming Control Board Open Meetings Resolution.    Board members present were:   Carla Martinez, David Norvell and Don Dutton.   Also present were:  John Monforte, Executive Director, Greg Saunders, Deputy Executive Director and Frank Baca, General Counsel.   Other staff members present were:

A. Lucero, Staff Counsel

P. Hardwick, Senior Staff Counsel

J. White, Director of Audit and Compliance

M. Radosevich, Commander of Enforcement

V. Duran, Background and Licensing Bureau Chief

J. Sanchez, Special Agent

L. Chavez, Public Relations Coordinator

The Board discussed during the open session, but took no action on:

    1) Findings of Suitability for New and Renewal Applications/Fees and Costs

    2) Minimum Internal Controls.
