MINUTES

The Board of Directors of the New Mexico Gaming Control Board (NMGCB) conducted its weekly Working Session at the 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 10, 2007, at Board Headquarters, 4900 Alameda Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM. Due Notice was given in accordance with the Gaming Control Act and the New Mexico Gaming Control Board Open Meetings Resolution.    Board members present were:   Carla Martinez, and David Norvell.  Don Dutton was not present.  Also present were:  John Monforte, Executive Director, Greg Saunders, Deputy Executive Director and Frank Baca, General Counsel.  Other staff members present were:

            J. White, Director of Audit and Compliance

            Audit and Compliance Staff included: M. Vigil, M. Garza and C. Romero

            D. Lieurance, Information Systems Division Director

Guest present:  Jon Panlener

The Board discussed during the open session, but took no action on:

 1) 3^rd Party Progressives Rule and 2) Bingo and Raffle Response.

Working session adjourned on Wednesday January 10, 2007 at 11:05 a.m.
