MINUTES

The Board of Directors of the New Mexico Gaming Control Board (NMGCB) conducted its weekly Working Session at the 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 3, 2007, at Board Headquarters, 4900 Alameda Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM. Due Notice was given in accordance with the Gaming Control Act and the New Mexico Gaming Control Board Open Meetings Resolution. Board members present were: Carla Martinez, David Norvell and Don Dutton. Also present were: John Monforte, Executive Director, Greg Saunders, Deputy Executive Director and Frank Baca, General Counsel.

The Board discussed during the open session, but took no action on:

1) Priorities and direction for 2007 and 2) 3^rd Party Progressives Rule.
