MINUTES

The Board of Directors of the New Mexico Gaming Control Board (NMGCB) conducted its weekly Working Session at the 11:00 a.m. for presentation to the Revenue Stabilization and Tax Policy Legislative Interim Committee on Tuesday, December 5, 2006, at the State Capitol, Room #322, Santa Fe, New Mexico. Due Notice was given in accordance with the Gaming Control Act and the New Mexico Gaming Control Board Open Meetings Resolution. Board members present were: C. Martinez, D. Norvell and E. Fowler. Also present were: John Monforte, Executive Director, Greg Saunders, Deputy Director and Frank Baca, General Counsel.

During the open session the Board made presentation to Revenue Stabilization and Tax Policy Legislative Interim Committee regarding the proposed changes to the Horse Racing Act and Gaming Control Act.

Working session adjourned on Tuesday, December 5, 2006 at 11:45 a.m.
