MINUTES

The Board of Directors of the New Mexico Gaming Control Board (NMGCB) conducted a Working Session at the Sininger Hall, 904 Colombia Avenue in Las Vegas, New Mexico. Chair Carla Martinez called the working session to order at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, October 13, 2006. Due notice was given in accordance with the Gaming Control Act and the New Mexico Gaming Control Board Open Meetings Resolution. Board members present were: C. Martinez and D. Norvell. Other staff members present were:
