MINUTES

The Board of Directors of the New Mexico Gaming Control Board (NMGCB) conducted its weekly Working Session at the NMGCB’s second floor conference room in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Chair Carla Lopez called the working session to order at 10:00 a.m., on Wednesday, September 13, 2006. Due notice was given in accordance with the Gaming Control Act and the New Mexico Gaming Control Board Open Meetings Resolution. Board members present were: C. Lopez, D. Dutton (telephonically) and D. Norvell. Other staff members present were:

· J. Monforte, Executive Director

· F. Baca, General Counsel

· G. Saunders, Deputy Executive Director

· L. Chavez, Public Relations Coordinator

· P. Hardwick, Senior Staff Counsel

The Board discussed during the closed session (Closed pursuant to Section 10-15-1 (H) NMSA 1978, “Open Meetings Act”), but took no action on Licensing Matters, Tribal Matters, Pending and Threatened Litigation and Limited Personnel Matters.

Working session adjourned on Wednesday, September 13, 2006 at 10:40 a.m.
