MINUTES

The Board of Directors of the New Mexico Gaming Control Board (NMGCB) conducted a Special Working Session at the Ruidoso Convention Center, located at 111 Sierra Blanca Dr. in Ruidoso, New Mexico. Working session commenced at 9:00 a.m., on Friday, August 25, 2006. Due notice was given in accordance with the Gaming Control Act and the New Mexico Gaming Control Board Open Meetings Resolution. Board members present were: C. Lopez, D. Dutton and D. Norvell. Staff members in attendance were Greg Saunders, Frank Baca, Mo Chavez and Bobby Garcia.

Board Members David Norvell, Don Dutton and Carla Lopez attended interim committee hearing of the Taxation and Revenue Stabilization Committee. Chair Lopez gave two presentations - one on the status of Bingo and Raffle and other on the proposed bill between the New Mexico Racing Commission and the New Mexico Gaming Control Board.
