 MINUTES

The Board of Directors of the New Mexico Gaming Control Board (“Board”) attended a working session commencing at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 9, 2005 at the New Mexico State Capital Building located at 130 S. Capital, Santa Fe, NM 87505 in room 321.  Due notice was given in accordance with the Gaming Control Act and the New Mexico Gaming Control Board Open Meetings Resolution.  Board members present were Chair Carla Lopez, and Board member Tony Knott.   Board members Carolyn Monroe, Don Dutton, and David “Hossie” Sanchez were not present.  Other staff members present were:

Interim Executive Director Greg Saunders

General Counsel Frank Baca

The Board and staff attended the confirmation of Board member Tony Knott by the Senate Rules Committee, no action was taken.

Session adjourned on Wednesday, February 9, 2005 at 11:00 a.m.
