The New Mexico Gaming Control Board hereby deems the below listed persons to be excluded from licensed gaming establishments within the State of New Mexico, pursuant to Section 60-2E-34(A) of the Gaming Control Act, and Sections 15.1.11.1 NMAC, because they pose a threat to the public interest or licensed gaming activities.
