2008 On-Call Schedule

The Enforcement Division is comprised of New Mexico Certified Law Enforcement Officers with state-wide jurisdiction and authority, Background and Licensing and the Division Administrative Secretary. The Division’s Law Enforcement Officers have more than 200 years total law enforcement experience. The Division’s Sergeants and Special Agents are each assigned a district. The Division has Field Offices in Hobbs, Ruidoso, Las Cruces and Farmington. The headquarters office is located in Albuquerque.

The Enforcement Division is responsible for conducting all background investigations for licensure by the Gaming Control Board. Agents of the division are also responsible for the evaluation, assessment and inspection of license amendments, modifications, licensed gaming venues, surveillance systems and venue security protocols. Agents also conduct criminal investigations involving violations of the New Mexico Criminal Statutes and the Gaming Control Act, along with administrative investigations of violations of the Board’s rules, regulations and minimum internal controls. The Board’s Agents also conduct investigations into all complaints reported, with those concluded investigations being forwarded for appropriate review by prosecutors or the New Mexico Gaming Control Board.
